Artist Statement

Painting, an expression of the soul....in color!"

The greatest adventure of my life was the day that I picked up a paintbrush and dipped it into paint!

That was a few years ago when I was about 8. Since that time I have been intimately involved with some form of art.

Painting sings to my soul & puts a smile on my lips!

It is a happy day when I am creating and expressing thru art. Whether I paint realistically or abstractly, it is always a joy!

Creating a painting allows me to feel in contact with my spiritual nature.

The seasons of California, the sea, and the mountains hold a wonderful array of inspiration for my souls journey thru art.

My purpose is to create beauty and interest that will inspire and elevate the spirit.

A beautiful painting to visit daily is a ray of sunshine that will always be there whether the sun is or not!
